Cozy, Convenient, Comfortable
The rooftop pool was a standout feature for unwinding after a day of exploring, offering fine views and a peaceful atmosphere. Being just a short walk from both the Ado bus station and lively 5th Avenue, the location couldn't have been better!

The rooftop pool was refreshing, and the spacious bathroom really made a difference! It's just a short walk to 5th Avenue and super close to where the music festival was held, perfect for us.

Everything was really good, top-class staff, spectacular views of the cute inner garden. The location was nice, just a short walk away from Quinta Avenida. I often visited a pool bar.

This hotel was ideal place for exploring Playa del Carmen, liked it and property's extremely helpful and top-class staff on the night shift. I was offered a room with beautiful views of the town and the sea. The beds were very big, like a cloud.

I had such high hopes for my stay, but alas, reality struck. There was lukewarm water in the shower, and when i mentioned this, the staff seemed utterly indifferent. I also expected a room upgrade since i was really looking forward to my vacation-how good it would have been to actually enjoy my stay.

We loved that our Beautiful Studio was spacious and had a mini kitchenette , made it easy to prepare meals for the kids. The rooftop pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind after exploring. Staying there with my aunt.
